CAREER COACHING FOR EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS
The Blue Goat Employed Adults Career Coaching is a highly personalised session which is fun, relaxed and designed to understand exactly where you are in your career journey and where you want to go.
During these private sessions, your Blue Goat Coach will facilitate you to understand the best way forward for you based on your aspirations, goals, skills, personality, interests, motivation and values. You will learn the fundamentals of how to make the best career choices for you today and during the various stages of your career.
We work with individuals at all stages of their careers, from those who just don’t enjoy their job; those who are looking to plan out their career path and those who are looking to completely change or redefine their career.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Blue Goat’s coaches are highly experienced professionals who are passionate about helping people maximise their working life - from creating a great life balance or striving to be an industry expert. Many of us feel that ‘other factors’ are holding us back - my boss, my colleagues, time, my family, lack of skills etc. If you are seeking a better, more satisfying career journey, book an appointment and be challenged to see your future from a fresh perspective.
YOUR SESSION INCLUDES:
Spend up to 1.5 hours in a one-on-on one discussion that explores your current situation, your ultimate goals and how you can practically get there.
Receive an action plan to get started in making necessary changes.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Book a series of sessions at a reduced rate to support you on the journey.
Undertake a detailed careers based questionnaire to open new career options.

GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Some people love the benefits of collaborating and learning with others as part of a group. Blue Goat Careers has created a programme designed to enable each person to make better, more informed, well considered career decisions in a group environment. These sessions are held in various locations across Brisbane and South East Queensland and are designed to be a lot of fun and with groups of like minded individuals.
YOUR SESSION INCLUDES:
A 6 session programme (either face to face or online) covering the core steps in making the best possible decisions for yourself - focused on your career while setting you up to make better decisions across your life.
Delivery Options:
Face-to-Face Program: is complete in 2 x 3hour sessions over 2 weekends
Online Program: Completed in 6 x 1 hour sessions at your own pace
FACE-TO-FACE PROGRAM: $350 per person
ONLINE PROGRAM: $250 per person
